Description: As featured in our Whole Foods Cooking Demos, we are announcing our first Advanced Healthy Living (vegan/vegetarian/plant based) “Cook with Me” Cooking Class. If you ever wanted to know more about living a healthy lifestule or just are curious about plant based recipes, then this class is for you.
From the hill towns and countryside of Italy come classic, hearty and simply delicious foods. Explore the rustic Italian tradition and deepen your familiarity with different styles of Italian Cooking. We will begin our “Cook with Me” feast with White Bean Crostini, and elegant first course for dinner or for entertaining your guests. The main course will be a hearty Butternut Squash and Portobello Cannelloni, followed by a Tiramisu Mousse that no one will be able to resist. Bring your appetite and your passion for scrumptious Italian food!
The Plant Based Kitchen Cooking School will accommodate 12 attendees per session for a more personalized “Cook with Me” approach. Don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity to learn and watch for more intermediate and advanced classes to be scheduled.
