In this class you will learn to prepare healthy, delicious Indian cuisine that you can easily incorporate into your family dinners. In this workshop, we will make a Chaat Salad with Coconut Yogurt Parfait, followed by Tandoori Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with Mint Cilantro Chutney. We will have luscious Mango Lassis to sip on during class. Come fine-tune your knife skills, taste some exotic flavor combinations and discuss heady, ancient spices with us during this fun workshop!
