We are remixing Soul Food with a fresh, healthy twist. Workshop begins with Barbecue Tofu with Spicy Carrot Slaw, where you’ll learn to whip up a sultry Barbeque Sauce from scratch. You’ll cook alongside the chef instructors as we make Citrusy Collards to serve with a Classic Cornbread. Have you always wanted to learn to chiffonade? We’ll teach you how! This workshop ends on a sweet note with Bruléed Grapefruit!
