Come learn the art of pickling! This workshop will cover all the basics – from vegetables to spices to brine and more. In class we will pickle four different vegetables, taste several varieties of pickled produce and talk about how to incorporate this deliciousness into everyday meals. You will leave with fun recipes, pickles to take home, and all the knowledge necessary to preserve your own summer produce, be it from your garden, CSA share or local grocery store.
