Working as a group, you will cook, alongside the chef instructors, three colorful Southwestern recipes, bursting with flavor. We will start with a mouthwatering, crisp, appetizer, Jicama Bites with Pomegranate Salsa. Next, we will make Jackfruit Street Tacos and we’ll follow that up with Chocolate Mayan Truffles for dessert.
