Class Description: Has all this snow got you yearning for some garden-fresh foods? Or maybe you want to maximize your sunny windowsill space? Come learn how to grow your own superfoods all year long, right on your countertop, mess-free! During this one hour class, Chef Julie Fenn will teach you how to grow nutrient-dense microgreens and sprouts in your own kitchen. We will discuss various growing mediums, nutritional benefits and culinary uses for microgreens and sprouts. You will leave fully confident and ready to get growing. And don’t worry, this class will even include delicious sample recipes for you to taste test and recreate at home!
