Have tamales always fascinated you? This class focuses on the traditional preparation of tamales. We will be going over all the basics and making our own plant-based, gluten-free, oil-free tamales in class. You will leave confident and ready to make your own tamales with ease at home! While the tamales are steaming, we will also be cooking up Mexican Cauliflower “Rice” and creating some delicious Mexican Hot Chocolate Ice Cream for dessert. Bring a family member of friend (this class makes a great gift – hint! hint!) and come enjoy a relaxing, delicious and healthy treat for yourself.
